Aprilia SXV550 Frame rake modification

Super Motard or F3 frame modifications the SXV550 or 450 Aprilia frames. The frame pictured has had the rake reduced by 2.4 degrees which puts more weight on the front tyre for increased traction and turn in for tar seal racing. Rake can be set to your own requirements. Supplied with the Touch Bike computer print out sheet to prove the exact finished dimensions .This price excludes $140 for the factory colour match repaint on the frame pictured so total price is $800 if you wish us to have it professionally painted for you.

CB900 F Boldor Swingarm Bracing

This was an after market Aluminium RHS swingarm which was flexing to much under racing loads, F1 Motorcycle Works Machined and Fabricated the Bracing shown from 1-1/2 x 1/2" Solid Aluminum. This type of bracing can be carried out on most OEM twin shock swingarms. We require the bike for at least a week to make this modification.

SBR Norton Chrome moly frame and swingarm

I am offering to build to order a direct copy of the very successful SBR750 Norton Chassis. This machine originally had a Seeley Replica chassis build by Ray Brigham. The frame rake was modified during the period Paul Dobbs was racing it but Paul's full on riding style left it in a pretty second hand state. In 2013 we completed a direct copy of this frame in chrome moly however with improved Ducati style axle adjusters. The improvement of the lighter , stronger chrome moly frame was immediately obvious with the rear shocks needing stiffer springs and re valving to suit and the lap times dropping . The frame cost will be $3500 and the swingarm $1200 including the adjusters and 17mm axle. The swingarm is made to suit a 3.5\" rim . Contact Steve for more photos and info,
